Quick Caramel Dip

So simple but sure to be a hit with guests--fresh strawberries and a creamy caramel flavored dip.
 

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries

Method

Beat cream cheese and brown sugar until fluffy. Wash, hull and dry strawberries. Arrange on a serving platter. Let guests dip strawberries into caramel dip.
