Quick Salsa

This salsa is quickly made using canned diced tomatoes with green chilies. Sweet pepper, green onion, canned whole kernel corn, and both vinegar and lemon or lime juice add flavor and crunch.
Ingredients
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 4-5 green onions, chopped
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 2 Tbsp of vinegar
- 2 Tbsp of lemon or lime juice

Method
Combine ingredients in large bowl; chill for 1-2 hours before serving with chips or soup.
Notes: Can be kept, covered, in refrigerator for 3 days. Serve with tortilla chips or with chicken tortilla soup. Great with pinto beans and cornbread.
