These cute little race cars are made of celery, filled with a peanut butter & honey mixture and complete with carrot "wheels" attached.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 celery sticks

Method

Mix peanut butter and honey together; set aside. Peel carrot and slice to make "wheels." Cut celery sticks crosswise in half. Place celery with open (or curved) side up. Place toothpick through celery at each end and attach carrot wheels. Fill celery with peanut butter and honey mixture.

 

Notes: After assembly you can snip each end of the toothpick with kitchen scissors to make them blunt.
