|18||Medium Carrots, cut lengthwise, then sliced|
|1 Tbsp||Chopped Fresh Dill|
|Pepper, to taste|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut carrots in half lengthwise and slice them. Over lap the slices on a sheet of aluminum foil. Add butter, chopped fresh dill, salt and pepper to taste. Seal carrots in foil tightly. Cook on baking sheet 45 minutes, or, until tender.
A delicious alternative to plain boiled carrots; roasted with dill!
