Roasted Carrots With Dill

This recipe combines carrots and dill for the familiar taste and roasts them in butter.

  • Servings: 10

Ingredients:

18 Medium Carrots, cut lengthwise, then sliced
3 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill
½ tsp Salt
Pepper, to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut carrots in half lengthwise and slice them. Over lap the slices on a sheet of aluminum foil. Add butter, chopped fresh dill, salt and pepper to taste. Seal carrots in foil tightly. Cook on baking sheet 45 minutes, or, until tender.

Helpful Tips:

A delicious alternative to plain boiled carrots; roasted with dill!
