RoTel Dip

Ground beef and sausage are mixed with Rotel tomatoes, Velveeta, cream of mushroom, cheddar cheese soup and Worcestershire sauce for this hot dip.
 

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. breakfast (bulk pork) sausage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can RoTel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cheddar Cheese soup
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Tortilla chips
 
Method

Brown together sausage and ground beef. Drain. Add meat mixture, tomatoes, cubed cheese, undiluted soups and a dash or two of Worcestershire Sauce to a large crock pot. Cook on low heat setting until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir occasionally. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Freezes well.
