Salmon Deviled Eggs

By adding salmon to your deviled eggs you are adding a touch of gourmet.
Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs (cut in half and yolks removed)
- 1/3 cup salmon, already prepared
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dill sprigs for garnish
- Caviar, optional

Method
In a small bowl, mix cooked egg yolks, salmon, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, salt and pepper. Either spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white cups. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs and caviar.
