Salmon Holiday Dip

A smoky salmon cheese ball that rich in taste and rolled in pecans that is great at holiday time.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Salmon (canned)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (soft)
- 1 tbl Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Prepared Horseradish
- 1 tsp Onion (grated)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 c Pecans (chopped fine)
- 3 tbs Parsley

Method
Drain/flake Salmon (remove skin/bones). Combine all ingredients except Parsley and nuts. Chill several hours or overnight. Combine parsley/nuts in flat plate. Form salmon mixture into balls and roll in nut/parsley mixture. Also great display if put in a fish mold to chill and then removed and place in fish platter.
