Salmon Spread

This versatile salmon appetizer recipe may be served as a spread or shaped into a ball, rolled in parsley, and chilled. It contains cream cheese, lemon and parsley. There's also a variation for a smoked salmon flavor.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (6 1/2 oz. each) pink salmon, drained
  • 2-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • Mrs. Dash seasoning

Method

Mix together well and serve on crackers for a dip. Or, form into a ball and roll in additional chopped parlsey, chill, and use as a salmon ball.

 

Notes: Or you can omit the milk and use some liquid smoke, to taste.
