Salsa taco dip

This dip is 6 layers deep and and a great addition to any fiesta.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup salsa
• 2 cups sour cream
• 1 cup grated Mexican style cheese
• 8 oz. package softened cream cheese
• 2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
• 1/2 cup sliced black olives
• 1/2 cup chopped green onions
• Tortilla chips

Method

Mix cream cheese and taco seasoning together. Spread on bottom of 9-10 inch dish (glass pie pan works great). Next, layer salsa over the top of cream cheese mixture. Then layer sour cream over the top of salsa. Next spread black olives over the sour cream so that they are touching but not overlapping. Then spread cheese so that the olives and sour cream are covered completely. Lastly garnish top with green onions. Serve with warm tortilla chips.

Notes: If you want a spicy version, add any variation of hot peppers from a jar between the salsa and sour cream layers!
