Sandra Dee's Deviled Eggs

Bacon and jalapeno peppers spice up traditional deviled eggs.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 dozen boiled eggs
  • 1 pound cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoon chopped dill pickles
  • 1 cup chopped jalapenos peppers
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp dry parsley
  • 2 tbsp paprika

Method

Boil eggs, slice and remove yolks. In a separate bowl, smash yolks, add everything except bacon, and mix well. Add 1 cup bacon and stir, then spoon mixture in egg halves. Garnish with dry parsley, paprika, and remaining bacon, then chill.
