Sausage Ball Stuffed Mushrooms

Button mushrooms are filled with a mixture of sausage, cheese, cherry tomatoes, and biscuit mix, then baked until lightly browned.

1 lb Sausage, casing removed
½ cup Bisquick
½ cup Gouda or Mozzarella Cheese
4 oz Cherry Tomatoes
1 tsp Soy Sauce
4 Leaves Fresh Basil
1 lb Fresh Whole Mushrooms, washed and stems removed


Blend tomatoes, basil and soy sauce in a food chopper. Combine with all other ingredients. Roll into balls and stuff into mushrooms. Bake on a cookie sheet, or nonstick baking dish, at 350 until sausage is lightly brown and cooked through.
