|1 lb||Sausage, casing removed|
|½ cup||Gouda or Mozzarella Cheese|
|4 oz||Cherry Tomatoes|
|1 tsp||Soy Sauce|
|4||Leaves Fresh Basil|
|1 lb||Fresh Whole Mushrooms, washed and stems removed|
Blend tomatoes, basil and soy sauce in a food chopper. Combine with all other ingredients. Roll into balls and stuff into mushrooms. Bake on a cookie sheet, or nonstick baking dish, at 350 until sausage is lightly brown and cooked through.
