Sausage and Egg Puff


An easy to make brunch casserole made with sausage and cheese with a hint of mustard.



Ingredients:

  • 6 EGGS - slightly beaten  
  • 6 slices bread - crusts removed  
  • 1 c. grated cheese  
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage - cooked and drained  
  • 2 c. milk  
  • 1/2 t. salt  
  • 1 t. mustard

Method

Place bread in a greased baking dish (9 x 13). Mix all other ingredients and pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
