
Wonton skins are sprayed with nonstick coating and pressed into tiny muffin pans, baked, then filled with a cooked sausage, cheese, olive and Ranch dressing mixture, and baked again.
Brown sausage and drain well on paper towels. Spray mini-muffin pans with Pam. Place wonton skins in muffin pans and spray the skins with Pam. Bake at 350 until lightly browned.
Mix together cooked sausage, cheese, Ranch dressing, and olives. Fill the "stars" with mixture. Bake until cheese melts and filling is bubbly.
