Ingredients:
| 10 | Links Breakfast Sausage |
| 2× 8 oz | Bricks Cream Cheese, softened |
| 1 cup | Mozzarella Cheese, shredded |
| ¼ cup | Sriracha, spicy garlic-chili paste), more if desired |
| 4 cloves | Garlic, crushed |
| 3 cups | Baby Spinach, chopped |
| Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste | |
| ¼ cup | Green Onions, chopped |
Directions:
Microwave the sausage on high heat, covered, on a microwave safe plate until done, about 3-5 minutes. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, sriracha, garlic, spinach, salt and pepper. Mince sausage and add to cheese mixture. Heat in a medium sauce pan and pour into a heat-safe bowl to serve, or pour into a slow cooker and set on low. Sprinkle with green onions.
Serve with toasted baguette rounds or hearty chips and crackers.
