Blue cheese and pistachios are a winning combination for this appetizer. They are easy to make just give yourself enough time for the shells to thaw.
In medium mixing bowl, with electric beaters, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, blue cheese, onion and garlic powders, black pepper and Adobe sauce until smooth. Fold in 2 tablespoons chopped pistachio nuts.
Place filling in large pastry bag with large star tip (#807). Keeping shells in package trays, pipe filling into each mini shell. Sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons chopped pistachio nuts over each filled shell. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to use.
