|1 lb||Sausage, casings removed|
|½ cup||Gouda or Mozzarella Cheese|
|4 oz||Cherry Tomatoes|
|1 tsp||Soy Sauce|
|4||Leaves Fresh Basil|
|12||Hard Boiled Eggs, peeled|
Blend tomatoes, basil and soy sauce in in a food chopper. Squeeze all ingredients, except eggs, together, kneading gently. Flatten a large ball of sausage by hand, lay egg in the flattened pile, and wrap around gently. Lay in a well greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until sausage is done, and is lightly browned. Allow to cool, then remove from baking dish and gently cut in half with a spatula before serving.
