Shrimp Veggie Dip

Cream cheese and tomato soup are combined with shrimp, green pepper, celery and onion, in a mixture that's slightly thickened with unflavored gelatin.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce Package Philly Cream Cheese
  • 1 10-ounce Can Tomato Soup
  • 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 Cans Small Shrimp
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped Green Pepper
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped Celery
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped Onion
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (regular or no-fat)

Method

In a large skillet heat cream cheese to soften; stir into the tomato soup. Pour into large bowl. Soften and then dissolve gelatin in the water; stir into tomato soup mixture. Chill at least one hour until partially set. Stir in shrimp, green pepper, celery, onion and mayonnaise. Mix well and chill at least four hours. Serve with crackers, chips or fresh vegetables.

 

Notes: This is an unbelievable tasty dip.
