Shrimp Diablo

Large shrimp are stuffed inside jalapeno peppers. The peppers are wrapped in bacon and grilled. They're served with cocktail sauce.

Ingredients:

• Fresh Jalapenos  
• Bacon  
• Large Shrimp, peeled & deveined
• Cocktail sauce

Method

Start grill. Cut jalapenos in half and scoop out seeds and ribs. Set aside. Cut bacon strips crosswise in half. Put a shrimp inside of a jalapeno, wrap with bacon and skewer with a toothpick. Grill until bacon and shrimp are done. Serve hot with cocktail sauce.
