Combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, broken focaccia sticks, broken waffle fries, and nut mix in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch (or slightly larger) baking pan. In a small saucepan, combine margarine, salad dressing, and Italian seasoning; cook over medium-low heat until margarine is melted; stir in 2-1/2 tablespoons Parmesan. Drizzle over cereal mixture evenly and toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and garlic salt. Bake, uncovered, at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Turn out onto paper towel-lined tray to cool. Store in airtight containers. Makes about 2-3/4 quarts.
This is a snack mix I came up with about 2 years ago. It has become one of my family's favorites. It's easy to make and disappears very quickly.
