Cannellini beans are with the mashed avocado, along with jalapeno, cilantro, onion, lime and tomatoes.
In food processor or blender puree beans and lime juice; transfer to medium bowl. With spoon, scoop avocado into bowl with beans; mash with fork but leave some chunks.
In same processor or blender, pulse jalapeno, cilantro, onion and salt until juicy and thick.
Cut each tomato crosswise in half; squeeze to remove seeds and juice. Coarsely chop tomatoes and add to jalapeno-onion mixture. Stir this into beans-avocado mixture until combined. Serve right away.
Notes:
Offer vegetable strips and/or baked tortilla chips as dippers. Family and friends can enjoy the taste of guacamole with almost half the calories.
