Warm little pockets of meat and cheese toasted together between fluffy dough. As quickly as they’re made, they will be gone!

  • Cook Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes


½ cup Dijon Mustard
½ lb Ham, sliced thin
3 cup Jack Cheese Blend, shredded
2 Sheets Puff Pastry
1 Tbsp Rosemary, ground or finely chopped
Salt & Pepper, to taste


Thaw out the puff pastry as per directions. Roll out the puff pastry and spread half the mustard on each one. Next, layer slices of ham over the mustard and top it off with 1 ½ c. cheese sprinkled over the ham on each pastry. Now roll it up into a log and cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until pastry is golden. Slice, top with rosemary and serve.
