Smoked Salmon Dip

This creamy salmon dip is perfect for any gathering. Lemon juice and dillweed add extra flavor.
Ingredients
- 10 oz skinless, boneless smoked salmon
- 1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon dried dillweed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
Break the salmon into small pieces. In a food processor or blender, put salmon, cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, horseradish, and salt. Pulse until smooth. Place in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Sprinkle with additional dillweed for garnish. Serve with crackers or crostini.
