Smoky Cheese Ball

Everyone loves a cheese ball, this one is flavored with a bean and bacon soup.
Ingredients
- 1 can condensed bean with bacon soup, undiluted
- 2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 3 green onions, finely chopped tops included
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp fresh basil leaves, finely chopped (or 1 tsp crushed and dried)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Tabasco (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Liquid Smoke flavoring
- 1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped

Method
Combine all ingredients except parsley, mixing well. Shape into a ball and chill for 2 to 3 hours. Roll in chopped parsley and serve with crackers.
