Ingredients:
1 lb | Ground Beef |
1 lb | Ground Pork |
⅓ cup | Finely Chopped Water Chestnuts |
¼ cup | Finely Chopped Green Pepper |
4 | Green Onions, chopped |
½ tsp | Salt |
2 Tbsp | Soy Sauce |
2 Tbsp | Pineapple Juice |
¼ tsp | Ground, ginger |
¼ tsp | Red Pepper |
Sauce: | |
1 Tbsp | Beef Bouillon or 2 Cubes |
¼ cup | Packed Brown Sugar |
2 Tbsp | Vinegar |
1 can | Chunk Pineapple |
2 Tbsp | Cornstarch |
1 Tbsp | Soy Sauce |
½ cup | Water |
Directions:
Mix meatballs and form into 1 inch meatballs. Bake in oven until brown, then drain juices. Combine bouillon, brown sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar and water. Stir in pineapple juice and cook over low heat until thick and bubbly. Add pineapple and pour over meatballs. Serve warm with toothpicks.
