Spicy Chicken Wings

Chicken wings are cut into appetizer portions, sprinkled with Cajun seasoning, and then brushed with a mixture of margarine and bottled red pepper sauce during baking.
Ingredients
- 24 to 30 chicken wings
- Favorite brand of Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup Durkee's Red Hot Cayenne Sauce (or any bottled hot pepper sauce)

Preheat oven to 425. Cut chicken wings into two parts (wing section and drumette.) On a large cookie sheet, liberally sprinkle Cajun seasoning. Place the chicken wings on the cookie sheet and sprinkle additional Cajun seasoning on top. Bake for approximately 30 minutes (or until starting to brown). Turn chicken wings over. Mix melted margarine and cayenne sauce; spoon sauce over all the wings. Return to the oven and continue to bake 30 additional minutes, or until wings start to get crispy.
Notes: You can adjust the "temperature" of these wings by using more or less Cajun seasoning or Cayenne sauce.
