|1× 14 oz can||No Bean Chili|
|8 oz||Hot Pepper Jack Cheese, grated|
|3||Green Onions, chopped including greens|
Soften cream cheese in microwave. Spread in a 10 inch pie plate or quiche dish slightly up the sides. Spoon the chili onto the cream cheese. Place the pepper cheese over the chili to cover, then top with green onion. Cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
