Ingredients:
| 1× 8 oz pkg | Cream Cheese, softened |
| 4 oz cup | Shredded Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese |
| 1½ cup | Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese |
| ½ cup | Blue Cheese, crumbled |
| 6 | Strips Bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled |
| ¼ tsp | Salt |
| ¼ tsp | Garlic Powder |
| ¼ tsp | Onion Powder |
| ¼ tsp | Chili Powder |
| ¼ tsp | Fresh Grated Lemon Zest |
| 1 lb | Fresh Jalapeno Peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded |
| ½ cup | Panko Breadcrumbs |
| Sour Cream or Ranch Dressing, for dipping |
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine cheeses, bacon, seasonings and lemon zest then mix well. Spoon about 2 tbsp into each pepper half and roll in breadcrumbs. Place in a greased 15 X 10 dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, 30 minutes for a less spicy pepper. Serve with sour cream or ranch dressing.
