Spicy Pass the Beer Shrimp

This shrimp is prepared with a horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce coating that will have you reaching for a drink.
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 2 12 oz bottles beer
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning
- 3 pounds shrimp, peeled with tails intact
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup bottled horseradish
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce

Method
Bring first six ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan. Add shrimp and cook just until cooked through, about 3 minutes. Drain shrimp and place in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Pour mixture over shrimp and toss lightly to coat evenly. Cool at least 30 minutes before serving.
