|1 pkg||Chopped Frozen Spinach, thawed and water wrung out|
|1 jar||Marinated Artichoke Hearts|
|1 cup||Sour Cream|
|1½ cups||Pepper Jack Cheese|
Thaw spinach in microwave for 3 minutes and then ring out all water. It is very important that spinach has no water or dip will be runny. Place spinach in a bowl. Drain artichoke hearts and roughly chop them. Add to spinach along with mayonnaise, sour cream and pepper jack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles 25-30 minutes.
It is very important to let the spinach cool after taking it out of microwave. You can get a pretty nasty burn trying to handle it too soon.
