Spicy Spinach Tapenade Pizza

This pizza is light and refreshing. It makes a great dinner paired with some soup or a great appetizer to start your dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 purchased 12-inch pizza crust
- 8 ounces thinly sliced provolone cheese
- 3/4 cup bottled tapenade
- 1 10-oz. package frozen creamed spinach, thawed
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Method
Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Layer with half the provolone cheese. Spread the tapenade over provolone layer. Layer with remaining provolone cheese. Spread spinach mixture over cheese layer. Sprinkle with Romano cheese and red pepper flakes. Bake in a 400 degrees oven till cheese is bubbly 10-12 minutes. Serves 8.
