Hot and spicy cajun shrimp in a creamy sauce made with beer and butter.
Heat pan until very hot. Add shrimp and cook until half done. Then add spice and beer. Let reduce for about 5 minutes. Turn off heat let stand 2 minutes then add butter and stir without heat to make a nice thick creamy sauce.
Notes:
Be sure the heat is off when adding butter.
