Spinach and Artichoke Dip


This dip is baked in the oven and served hot, so get out your favorite chips and crackers for an easy appetizer or party snack.



Ingredients:

  • 1-pkg frozen chopped spinach (10 oz.)  2-jars Pastene marinated artichokes (12 oz.)  
  • 1-cup mozarella cheese  
  • 1-cup grated romano  
  • 1-cup mayo  
  • pepper to taste    

Method

Microwave spinach for 4 minutes. Drain the spinach and squeeze out the excess water. Drain the artichokes and rinse. Then chop them (using the food processor works well). Mix everything together and Bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes or until bubbly and edges are lightly browning.
