|10 oz||Herb Goat Cheese|
|1 bunch||Chives, minced|
Cut strawberries in half lengthwise.
Cover each strawberry half with 1 tablespoon goat cheese, then roll in minced chives. Place on a serving platter and chill.
You can use finely chopped nuts in place of chives, if desired.
