Stuffed Mushrooms With Bacon & Cream Cheese

Cream cheese, bacon and onion make an elegant filling for these simple stuffed mushrooms.

  • Servings: 6

Ingredients:

12 Large Button Mushrooms, stems removed and finely chopped
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Milk
¼ cup Real Bacon Bits
1 Tbsp Grated Onion

Directions:

Mix cream cheese and milk until smooth. Mix in onion, mushroom stems and bacon bits. Fill mushrooms with mixture. Bake 10 minutes, at 350 degrees, until lightly browned on top.

Helpful Tips:

This is an absolutely wonderful appetizer or it may be served as a side dish.
