Raisins, bacon, cumin, and green onions add a great flavorful kick to these otherwise traditional appetizers.

  • Servings: 6


1× 16 oz pkg Mushrooms
1× 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese, softened
½ cup Golden Raisins
1× 8 oz jar Real Bacon Pieces
1 bunch Green Onions, finely diced
1 Tbsp Cumin Spice
Olive Oil
¼ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese


Gently pull stems from mushrooms and set caps aside. Mix softened cream cheese, golden raisins, bacon pieces, green onions, and cumin spice together. Stuff mushroom caps with cream cheese filling. Place in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees, until mushrooms release their juices. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
