Ingredients:
1× 16 oz pkg | Mushrooms |
1× 8 oz pkg | Cream Cheese, softened |
½ cup | Golden Raisins |
1× 8 oz jar | Real Bacon Pieces |
1 bunch | Green Onions, finely diced |
1 Tbsp | Cumin Spice |
Olive Oil | |
¼ cup | Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese |
Directions:
Gently pull stems from mushrooms and set caps aside. Mix softened cream cheese, golden raisins, bacon pieces, green onions, and cumin spice together. Stuff mushroom caps with cream cheese filling. Place in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees, until mushrooms release their juices. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
