Super-tasty Cheese Ball

A blend of cream cheese with Old English and blue cheese spreads, is formed into two cheese balls, chilled, and may be coated with either finely chopped nuts or parsley before serving.

  • Servings: 20-24

Ingredients:

5 oz. jar Kraft Roka Blue Cheese Spread
5 oz. jar Kraft Old English Cheese Spread
2 (8-oz.) Pkgs. Cream Cheese, softened
Chopped Nuts, walnuts, pecans or almonds) or parsley (optional
Crackers

Directions:

Using an electric mixer, mix all of the cheese ingredients together well. Refrigerate at least two hours or overnight. Form into two balls. If desired, coat with chopped nuts or dried parsley. Serve with crackers.

Helpful Tips:

When forming into balls, moisten hands with cold water to prevent cheese from sticking. Cheese balls may be wrapped in plastic and frozen up to 1 month, and thawed in refrigerator.
