|1 lb||Thick Sliced Bacon, cut in half|
|1 lb||Pitted Dates|
|½ lb||Roasted Almonds|
|4 oz||Gorgonzola Cheese|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice dates in half and open them up. Pinch off a piece of cheese, wrap it around an almond, and place into center of date. Close halves of dates and wrap a half slice of bacon around the outside. Arrange in a baking dish, or baking sheet with sides, to catch any grease.
Bake 30-40 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Turn dates after first 20 minutes for even cooking.
