Ingredients:
| 8 | All-beef Hot Dogs |
| 1 lb | Swiss Cheese, cubed |
| 2 Tbsp | Flour |
| 1 clove | Garlic, minced |
| 1 cup | Reisling Wine |
| 2 Tbsp | Sherry |
| 1 tsp | Salt, or to taste |
| ⅛ tsp | Nutmeg |
| Optional Garnish: 1 Bunch Grapes |
Directions:
Place hot dogs in medium saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer 4 minutes. Drain and cut each hot dog into 6 equal pieces. Arrange in shallow bowl. In medium bowl toss the cheese cubes and flour together. Heat garlic and wine in fondue pot set to low heat. Heat until bubbles rise to surface (not boiling). Add cheese/flour mixture, about 1/4 cup at a time, stirring after each addition. Once cheese has melted add sherry, salt and nutmeg. Transfer fondue pot to table and place over heat. Spear hot dogs with fondue fork and swirl in fondue. If using garnish, place in small shallow bowl beside hot dogs; spear grapes and swirl in fondue along with hot dogs.
