|3 lbs||Chicken Wings|
|½ cup||Soy Sauce or Teriyaki Sauce|
|2 Tbsp||Brown Sugar|
|2||Large Cloves Garlic, minced or crushed|
|1 tsp||Onion Powder|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Separate wings at joint making two pieces. In small saucepan, over low heat, mix all sauce ingredients. Add chicken to a 3 qt casserole dish then pour sauce over chicken and turn to coat. Bake 1 1/2 hours turning chicken every 15 minutes.
Can also be made with chicken drummies.
