Chicken wings are always popular party food. This simple version bakes in your oven until sweet and tender.

  • Servings: 36 wings


3 lbs Chicken Wings
1 cup Honey
½ cup Ketchup
½ cup Soy Sauce or Teriyaki Sauce
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Butter
2 Large Cloves Garlic, minced or crushed
1 tsp Onion Powder


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Separate wings at joint making two pieces. In small saucepan, over low heat, mix all sauce ingredients. Add chicken to a 3 qt casserole dish then pour sauce over chicken and turn to coat. Bake 1 1/2 hours turning chicken every 15 minutes.

Can also be made with chicken drummies.
