Tex-Mex Chicken Rolls

Chicken, tomatoes and cheese wrapped in a tortilla and baked, then sliced into pinwheels for fast and easy finger food.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pkg ranch dip mix
  • 1 tsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chiptole seasoning
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 2 cans chicken breast, drained and shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg jalapeno and cheddar wraps

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients and spread over each wrap. Roll up wrap and place on a cookie sheet. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and wait for 2-3 minutes before slicing into 2 inch slices.
