The Holiday Cheeseball

This appetizer is made by combining cream cheese, mild and sharp cheddar cheeses, and a little lemon juice, then forming the mixture into a ball and chilling. Serve the cheeseball with crackers.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. Cream cheese
- 1 tsp. lemon juice

Method
Let all cheese soften to room temperature, and then mix all ingredients together. Form into a ball; chill before serving.
Notes: Everyone loves it and it is easy to make!
