|8 slices||Bacon, halved crosswise and crisped|
|⅓ cup||Dried Banana Chips, finely chopped|
In a small saucepan, melt baking chips with shortening, stirring constantly. Lay bacon on wire rack and drizzle melted baking chips over bacon. Immediately sprinkle with chopped banana chips and let coating harden before serving.
