The Perfect Pumpkin Dip

The perfect pumpkin dip is prepared with canned pumpkin, cream cheese and whipped cream. The toasted pumpkin seeds on top provide a great crunch.
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin
- 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 16 oz container whipped topping, thawed
- 1/4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds

Method
In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin, cream cheese, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Beat on low speed until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping and serve in a hollowed out clean pumpkin, garnished with toasted pumpkin seeds. Serve with ginger cookies and graham crackers.
