Tiffany's Wings

These spicy chicken drumettes use soy sauce for an Oriental flare. A great hot appetizer.

Ingredients:

• 5 lb bag of chicken drumettes
• 1 1/2 Tbsp Lawrey's seasoning salt
• 1 1/2 Tbsp black pepper
• 1 1/2 Tbsp onion powder
• 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
• 1 1/2 Tbsp paparika
• Soy sauce

Method

In a large zip-loc bag mix the chicken and all of the seasonings. Mix until chicken is coated evenly. Place chicken on a flat baking sheet evenly. Baste each piece of chicken with soy sauce just until moistened on each side. Place in a 400 degree oven for 30 min or until light golden brown.
