Tomato, Basil & Feta Dip

|2||Large Ripe Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped|
|⅛ tsp||Garlic Powder|
|Fine Sea Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste|
|Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|10||Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped|
|4 oz||Crumbled Feta Cheese|
|Baked Pita Chips With Sea Salt, for serving|
Spread tomatoes in an even layer on a baking sheet; sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle lightly with oil. Broil about 1 minute, or until tomatoes begin to soften slightly. Sprinkle with chopped basil; cool completely.
Combine tomatoes nd feta in a large bowl; Stir gently until mixed. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with pita chips.
