Tommi's Macaroni Salad

Tommi's macaroni salad is sure to be a hit at your next function and it is a snap to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz pkg elbow macaroni
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 8 oz block cheddar cheese, diced
- 2 large dill pickles, diced
- 2 large celery stalks, diced
- Mayonnaise, enough to meld all ingredients together
- Celery seed to taste
- Salt to taste
- Few dollops mustard

Method
Cook macaroni to box instructions and cool. Blend all diced ingredients together in a large bowl. Add cooled macaroni, mayonnaise, mustard, celery seed and salt. Mix together well and chill in refrigerator.
Notes: This recipe is always a hit at our family functions and is great for a picnic. Just be sure to have a cooler to store it in until you eat it as it contains mayonnaise.
