This fruity salsa combines diced oranges, grapefruit, mangos, and red onion in a sweetened lime juice and mint mixture.
 

Ingredients

  • Peel and dice--
  • 4 oranges
  • 2 pink grapefruit
  • 2 mangos
  • 1 medium red onion
  • Add--
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbs fine sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dried mint

Method

Mix and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with slotted spoon. Great with tortilla chips or a side to grilled fish or chicken
