Tuna Stuffed Celery

If you like, substitute canned salmon for the tuna in these easy appetizers.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch celery
  • 2 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 6-ounce cans solid white tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder.
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
  • Paprika

Method

Wash celery; drain well. Cut celery into 1-inch pieces. Combine cream cheese, tuna, garlic powder, and lemon-pepper seasoning. Spread a little of the tuna mixture in each piece of celery. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

 

Notes: Make sure celery is dry before spreading with cream cheese.
