You can use leftover turkey and cranberry sauce (plus a little soy sauce) to fill these appetizers, which are baked rather than deep fried.

  • Servings: 20 - 22

2 cups Cranberry Sauce
1½ cups Cooked Turkey, skin and bones removed, finely chopped
¾ cup Onion, peeled and finely chopped
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, lite is ok
1 pkg (16 Ounce) Wonton Wrappers
2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or baking mat. Combine cranberry sauce, turkey, onion and soy sauce in a medium bowl. Mix until combined.

Lay 1 wonton wrapper on a smooth, dry surface. Spoon one rounded tablespoon of turkey filling in the center of the wrapper. Lightly brush the edges of the wrapper with water. Bring two opposite corners together over the filling. Pinch edges to seal. Place on prepared baking sheet. Continue with remaining wrappers and filling. Brush with butter. Bake until crisp and golden brown, about 12- 15 minutes. Remove from oven, transfer to a serving platter and serve immediately.
