Ingredients:
| Large Egg Roll Wrappers | |
| Leftover Turkey | |
| Leftover Gravy | |
| Leftover Vegetable, such as corn, green beans, peas, etc. | |
| Shredded Cheddar Cheese | |
| Nonstick Cooking Spray, such as pam | |
| Leftover Cranberry Relish |
Directions:
Cut turkey and vegetables into small bite-size pieces. Take one egg roll wrapper and place about 1 1/2 tbsp of turkey and of vegetable, and 1 tbsp of gravy and cheese in the center of the wrapper. (Following the filling and folding directions that come with wrappers.) Place completed egg rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then spray tops of egg rolls lightly with cooking spray; bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. They should be slightly golden brown. Serve with your leftover cranberry relish.
